Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) governs the use of the NettoCore website and web application at https://nettocore.com (the “Service”), provided by Individual entrepreneur Vadym Fertsman (FOP Vadym Fertsman), Ukraine.

By using the Service, you agree to comply with this Policy. It is an integral part of our Terms of Service. Violating this Policy may lead to suspension or termination of your access to the Service.

1. General principles

NettoCore is an advertising analytics tool that works with connected Facebook Ads and TikTok Ads accounts in read-only mode. You agree to use the Service lawfully, in good faith, and only for its intended purposes.

2. Prohibited actions

When using the Service, you must not:

2.1 Violation of law and third-party rights

  • use the Service in violation of applicable laws, regulations or third-party rights;
  • infringe intellectual property, privacy or other rights of others.

2.2 Unauthorized access to data

  • connect ad accounts or data you have no legal right to access;
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with an organization.

2.3 Security violations

  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, servers or databases;
  • bypass, disable or interfere with protection, authentication or rate-limiting measures;
  • scan or test the Service for vulnerabilities without our written permission.

2.4 Infrastructure abuse

  • place excessive load on the Service, use automated data collection (scraping), bots or scripts not provided by the Service’s functionality;
  • distribute malicious code, viruses or other harmful materials;
  • use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages.

2.5 Improper use of the Service

  • decompile, reverse-engineer, copy or create derivative products based on the Service, except as expressly permitted by law;
  • resell, sublicense or provide access to the Service to third parties without our written consent;
  • use the Service in a way that violates the policies of Meta (Facebook) or TikTok.

3. Compliance with third-party platform terms

By connecting Facebook and TikTok ad accounts, you agree to comply with those platforms’ terms and policies. The Service requests read-only access and never changes your campaigns, budgets or ad settings.

4. Consequences of violations

We may, at our discretion:

  • issue a warning;
  • temporarily suspend access to the Service;
  • fully terminate your access and delete your account;
  • notify the competent authorities where required by law.

5. Reporting violations

If you notice a violation of this Policy or abuse of the Service, report it to us at privacy@nettocore.com.

6. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
