Last updated: June 5, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the NettoCore website and web application at https://nettocore.com (the “Service”). The Service is provided by Individual entrepreneur Vadym Fertsman (FOP Vadym Fertsman), registered in Ukraine (“NettoCore”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By using the Service or creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service description

NettoCore is an advertising analytics dashboard that lets you connect Facebook Ads and TikTok Ads accounts in read-only mode, sync campaign statistics, enter business data (sales, costs) and calculate analytics and net profit (unit economics).

The Service does not create, modify, pause or delete your ad campaigns, budgets or settings. It is intended solely for analytics and data visualization.

2. Eligibility and registration

  • To use the Service you must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.
  • When registering, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials (password) and for all activity under your account. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA).
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

3. Connecting ad accounts

  • Facebook (Meta) and TikTok accounts are connected via the secure OAuth 2.0 protocol. We request read-only access (ads_read for Facebook; reporting for TikTok).
  • By connecting an account, you confirm that you have the legal right to grant access to that account’s data.
  • Your use of Facebook and TikTok through the Service is also governed by those platforms’ terms. You agree to comply with them.
  • You can disconnect any account at any time on the “Connections” page, or revoke access in the relevant platform’s settings.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service in violation of applicable law or third-party rights;
  • connect ad accounts or data you have no right to access;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts or our infrastructure;
  • disrupt the Service, circumvent rate limits or security measures;
  • decompile, reverse-engineer or copy the Service, except as expressly permitted by law;
  • resell, sublicense or provide access to the Service to third parties without our written consent;
  • use the Service to send spam, malicious code or other malicious activity.

We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms.

5. Fees and payment

The Service may be provided on a free and/or paid basis. Current pricing, plan contents and payment terms are published on the Service’s website. If paid plans are introduced:

  • payment is made according to the selected plan and billing period;
  • unless required by law or stated otherwise, amounts paid are non-refundable for the unused period;
  • we may change prices with advance notice; changes do not affect the period already paid for.

(If the Service is currently provided free of charge, this section serves as information about possible future paid plans.)

6. Your data and accuracy of calculations

  • You retain all rights to the data you enter or connect (“User Data”). You grant us a limited right to process this data solely to provide the Service (see the Privacy Policy).
  • Analytics, profit and unit-economics calculations are based on data obtained from platform APIs and the values you enter. These calculations are informational and do not constitute accounting, tax, legal or investment advice.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or availability of data coming from Facebook, TikTok or other third-party services. Decisions made based on the Service’s data are made at your own risk.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its source code, design, logos and content (excluding User Data), belongs to NettoCore and is protected by intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

8. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party services, including Meta (Facebook), TikTok and Google (Gemini AI). We do not control these services and are not responsible for their availability, operation or policies. Their use is governed by their own terms.

9. Privacy

The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without any express or implied warranties, including, among others, warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that the Service will meet all your expectations or that synced data will always be accurate and available.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NettoCore is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits, or loss of data or income arising from the use of or inability to use the Service. NettoCore’s aggregate liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the Service in the last 12 months (or, if the Service is free, — 0).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold NettoCore harmless from any claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, applicable law or third-party rights.

13. Suspension and termination

  • You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for any violation of these Terms, as required by law, or to protect the Service and its users.
  • When an account is terminated, related data is deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy, except where retention is required by law.

14. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may change, suspend or discontinue any features of the Service, and update these Terms. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest revision. We will notify you of material changes through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.

15. Governing law and disputes
