Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your data from the NettoCore Service (https://nettocore.com), provided by Individual entrepreneur Vadym Fertsman (FOP Vadym Fertsman), Ukraine.

We respect your right to control your data. Below is what data we store and how to request its deletion, including data obtained via Facebook (Meta) and TikTok.

1. What data we store

  • Account data: email, password hash, display name, workspace name.
  • Connected ad data: account and campaign IDs, statistics (impressions, spend, clicks, results) obtained from Facebook and TikTok in read-only mode.
  • Access tokens for Facebook and TikTok (stored encrypted).
  • Business data you enter manually (sales, costs, notes).

2. How to delete your data

Method 1. Disconnect an ad account

On the “Connections” page in the app, you can disconnect any Facebook or TikTok account. On disconnection, we delete the stored access tokens for that account.

Method 2. Delete your account

To delete your account and all related data, use the in-app account deletion feature (where available) or send a deletion request by email (see Method 3). When your account is deleted, your personal data, business data and stored platform tokens are removed.

Method 3. Request by email

Send an email to privacy@nettocore.com with the subject “Data deletion” from the email address linked to your account. We will process the request and delete your data within 30 days.

3. Deleting data obtained via Facebook

In line with Meta’s requirements, we support a data-deletion mechanism:

  • You can remove NettoCore’s access in your Facebook settings: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations / Apps and Websites → select NettoCore → remove.
  • When you remove the app, Facebook sends us an automatic data-deletion request (Data Deletion Callback), and data and tokens associated with your Facebook account are removed.
  • You can also revoke TikTok access under TikTok for Business → Manage authorizations.

4. Timelines and exceptions

  • Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
  • We delete your personal data and platform tokens, except for information we are required to keep by law (for example, to meet legal or tax obligations).
  • Backups, where they exist, are deleted as part of the regular rotation cycle.
